Frequently asked questions

How long does activation take?

Under three minutes from the first USDT confirmation email. The license is delivered in the same email as the receipt.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds after the license has been activated. Before activation, contact [email protected] and we will refund the USDT within 48 hours.

Does ATAS Bridge work on macOS or Linux?

Windows 10/11 x64 is the only supported platform today. A Linux build is on the roadmap. macOS is not planned.

Can I use one license on two machines?

No. One license = one bound device. You can move the license up to twice per year. See Device change.

What happens if my machine dies?

If the SSD or motherboard fails and the fingerprint changes, the license is lost. Email [email protected] with your order ID for a manual rebind. There is a USD 10 fee.

Do you store any of my trading data?

No. The desktop client is the only place ATAS signals are observed. The backend only stores: your email, hashed password, license metadata, and machine fingerprint. No trade logs, no account balances, no broker info.
