ATAS Bridge is a desktop client that connects your ATAS charts to a MetaTrader 4/5 terminal on the same machine. This page explains exactly what we store about you, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Your email address, used to sign you in and to deliver your license.
A device fingerprint: a SHA-256 hash of hardware identifiers, stored as a 64-character hexadecimal string. It identifies a machine, not a person, and cannot be reversed into your hardware details.
License and payment metadata: order reference, plan, amount, payment status and the dates of activations and device changes.
Your IP address and browser user agent, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
The interface language you select.
What we do not collect
No trading data. Orders, positions, balances, account numbers and history never leave your machine: the bridge only forwards commands from ATAS to the MetaTrader terminal running locally.
No analytics, advertising or fingerprinting scripts on this website, and no third-party trackers in the desktop client.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts this website and the licensing API (Pages, Workers, D1 and R2).
Resend delivers transactional email such as verification codes and license receipts.
NOWPayments handles checkout. We receive the payment status and the transaction reference, never your wallet keys; card and bank details never reach us.
How long we keep it
Account, license and activation records are kept while your license is active, because they are what proves your entitlement.
Email verification codes expire after 15 minutes and are removed within 24 hours.
Operational logs are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to request a copy of your data or to have your account, license and device history deleted. We answer within 30 days.
Deleting your account ends your license, since the license is bound to it.
