These terms cover the ATAS Bridge desktop application and the license you buy for it. By installing or using the software you accept them.
Your license
A license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it activates one machine at a time.
"Lifetime" means for as long as we support the product: it is a one-time payment of USD 99, not a subscription, and there is nothing to renew.
You may move the license to another machine up to two times per calendar year at no cost. Further moves are handled by support on a case-by-case basis.
What you may not do
Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the software or your license.
Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
Use the software to break the terms of your broker or of ATAS.
Run the software on hardware you are not authorised to use.
Third-party software
ATAS and MetaTrader 4/5 are third-party products with their own licenses and terms. They are not ours, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by their vendors, and we cannot support, modify or vouch for them.
No warranty, no trading advice
The software is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with every broker configuration.
We do not give financial advice and we make no claim about trading results. Every order you send remains your decision and your responsibility.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or duplicated orders, market-data errors, broker actions, or lost profits.
Availability and updates
Activation and periodic license checks need an internet connection. Between checks the client runs locally, independently of our servers.
We may release updates and may require an update before a new version can connect to the licensing service.
A price change never affects a license you already bought.
Ending the agreement
If you materially breach these terms we may revoke the license, subject to the refund policy and to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
You may stop using the software at any time; refunds are governed by the refund policy.
