ATAS Bridge costs USD 99 once. It should work on your machine, so if it does not, you get your money back.
14-day money-back window
Ask for a full refund within 14 days of your payment if the client does not work on your Windows machine and our support could not resolve it with you.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, and include the order reference you received after checkout.
Refunds are sent in the same asset you paid with (USDT-TRC20), back to the address the payment came from. Blockchain network fees are not refundable.
We process refund requests within 5 business days.
What is not covered
A change of mind after a successful activation.
An unsupported operating system or a machine that does not meet the requirements listed on the download page.
Problems caused by ATAS, MetaTrader, your broker or your network, when the bridge itself works.
Licenses that were resold, shared or obtained outside this website.
Device changes are free
Reinstalling Windows, replacing a disk or moving to a new computer does not require a new purchase: up to two device changes per calendar year are included, and support helps with anything beyond that.
